Joseph J. Maraziti, Jr. has advised public and private sector clients regarding environmental and infrastructure-related issues and has successfully litigated matters involving a wide variety of environmental law and regulations. He is active in professional and civic organizations regarding the environment. He has served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Environmental Litigation, was the founding chair of the Morris County Bar Association Environmental Law Committee, is an associate of the Environmental Law Institute and a frequent lecturer on environmental and redevelopment topics. Mr. Maraziti has served on the Environment of the 21st Century Task Force of the New Jersey General Assembly, as well as Chairman of Morris 2000. He was a member of the Regional Plan Association and Vice-Chairman of New Jersey Future. He has been  listed as one of the Best Environmental Lawyers in New Jersey in editions of Best Lawyers in America.
