Christopher H. Falcon represents public and private clients on environmental, land development, local government and regulatory issues. Mr. Falcon represents a number of public authorities and private companies in environmental matters involving infrastructure projects, land use, industrial pretreatment, wastewater discharges and permitting. He is a member of various professional and civic organizations including the Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Section of the American Bar Association and was a delegate to the Moscow Conference on Law and Economic Relations in 1990. He has served as chair of the Local Government Section and as a member of the Environmental and Land Use Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association. A former legislative assistant in the New Jersey Senate, he presently serves as a legislative assistant in the New Jersey Assembly. He is the Chairman of Morris 2000, and a member of the Environmental and Economic Development Committees of the N.J. Chamber of Commerce and the Academy of Political Science.

Engages in private practice of law with emphasis in the area of land use, local government law, redevelopment law, environmental law, litigation and administrative law.
Litigates issues involving interpretation of statutes including Local Public Contracts Law, Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, Municipal Land Use Law, the Sewerage Authorities Law, the Clean Water Act, Solid Waste Management Act, New Jersey Water Pollution Control Act, Spill Act and related regulations.
Represents public bodies as general and special counsel in enforcement of zoning laws, condemnation actions, municipal regulatory ordinances, environmental standards involving both the securing of injunctive relief, the negotiation of administrative consent orders, and the imposition of fines and penalties. Represents private clients in various zoning and planning matters, site contamination remediation matters, and resolution of water compliance issues.
