Christopher D. Miller


Christopher Miller counsels and litigates on behalf of local public entities in environmental, land use and redevelopment matters, including matters of smart growth and equitable development, environmental justice, environmental infrastructure and climate change resilience. Mr. Miller has extensive experience litigating such matters in state and federal court.

While at Vermont Law School, he was a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board and the Pace National Environmental Law Moot Court Team, and served as the Environment Project Extern for the National Association of Attorneys General.  Mr. Miller also served as a student attorney in the Environmental & Natural Resources Law Clinic.
