On July 15, 2019, Brent Carney participated at a stakeholder meeting held by the Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services, regarding draft construction contract changed site condition regulations. The initial draft of the regulations, which would significantly amend the Local Finance Board’s existing change order regulations as part of P.L. 2017, c.317, will be amended and a second draft of the regulations is expected to be released later this year for review and comment.
