On December 17, 2020, Kit Falcon will participate on an ICLE panel of local government attorneys addressing a wide range of fundamental legal requirements associated with the operation of New Jersey local government entities. Mr. Falcon will discuss the basic elements of municipal procedure and public meetings as well as the particular requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act. This seminar will also address such topics as the Open Public Records Act, Public Finance, the Local Government Ethics Law, the Redevelopment Process as well as state and federal civil-rights statutes.
